CTR Software LLC is the exclusive provider of the CTRVOTER SERIES of voting management software for executive boards and councils. This software provides a time tested alternative for those organizations that would like to enjoy the benefits of using electronic voting while continuing to use the traditional voice roll call vote. These systems are designed to operate in an unobtrusive manner. Your members are not required to change their meeting habits or operate a hardware system. The CTRVOTER SERIES is modeled on the system that the Kentucky State Senate has been successfully using since 1999.  

Don Rouse is the founder and managing director of CTR Software LLC.  He is a graduate of Union College, Barbourville, Kentucky. He also attended Graduate School at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky and Kentucky State University in Frankfort , Kentucky. Don is a veteran of the United States Air Force. After more than 30 years in government, Don retired from the Kentucky Legislative Research Commission (LRC)  where he had served for many years in the Computer Services Section. (The LRC is the staff for the Legislative branch of Kentucky's state government). Besides teaching people how to use spreadsheets and databases and acting as the Commission's resident expert in these areas he was the author of numerous database applications. Since retiring from the LRC Don has acted as a consultant to the Kentucky State Senate and the LRC on voting systems.  Prior to joining the LRC Don served as a Policy and Budget Analyst in the Kemtucky Governor�s Office for Policy and Management (GOPM).
