Easy to use

Once the software has been updated with your
organizations information (you do this as
part of the Tutorial) it is very easy to
use. There are two main screens Vote and
Convene. You Click a toggle button to move
between the screens. Each screen has a "New
Vote" button which either creates a new
Convene screen or a new Vote screen. As
your members respond to the roll call you
click the appropriate box which also
updates the totals.
