Select Record to Edit Form
The Select Record Form and the Edit Record Form work
together. First you use the Select Record Form to find the record you need.
Then you use the Edit Record Form to do whatever is necessary. The Select
Record Form allows you to see the records in the voting database. You get
records for one day by selecting a date from the Available Dates box or by
using the individual Day, Month and Year boxes. After a date has been selected
the records for that date show up in the Records List box. The Records line at
the bottom of the form shows what record is selected the number of records for
that day and it allows you to navigate through the records if there are more
than can be seen on the screen. The Record ID number gives you an easy way of
working with the records. First you highlight the record then you select the
Edit Record button which opens the Edit Record Form.
