Guest Speaker Timer
Allowed: Time Speaker is allowed to speak. Selecting
an item on this list also causes the Start and end fields to be cleared.
Start: Speaker's beginning time.
End: Time Speaker is supposed to stop. When the timer
reaches the end time the End field and the Topic field colors are changed
to Red and Yes is entered into the Speakers List Heard column.
Remaining: Countdown time left.
Topic: Speakers subject.
Speaker's Name: Person currently speaking.
Start Timer: StartsTimer and enters times in the
begin and end fields.
Close: Close form
Speaker List: Name that you select on the list
appears in the Speaker box above. When the timer reaches 0 the Heard
column is changed to Yes. The list can be imported from a prepared
file. |
